Hotel 165 - Singapore

morning brak fast is not good and the hotel offers free pick up from Airport but they are not inform how they come and pick.

Cleanliness was not at all. Bathroom door was horrible. AC was uncontrolled. I prefer not to stay again anymore.

Elevator was not working, it was not possible to increase temperature of air conditioning in the room, shower was also not working, in the offer we can read that in the rooms and the hotel is access to Wifi, but it wasn't, To conclude, hotel has only cons and I definitely do not suggest anyone that place.

rooms are very small. no place to move around.

Reception is very poor.,She did not give room key at correct time. She delayed time by saying,cleaning is going on.

I did not like any thing in this hotel. It is stinking and the beds are not changed ,no ventillation.

Worst hotel in the world. Could not turn off the Airconditioner. Rooms toooooooooooo smallllll !!! Dirtiest hotel in Singapore. Got fed up and paid damages for cancellation and checked into the hotel right across the street. We were very lucky. I think Booked.net needs to strike out this hotel from their booking list. location is excellent, right at the heart of singapore, that is at little India which is easy for us to do shopping and eating in indian restaurants; got easy access to all the important locations

Grand C hotel has got centralized air conditioned rooms which is total disadvantage for us; extremely cool for the residents to stay. I didn't like the air con level which is too cold for staying. We were actually freezing inside the room. If this aspect is not taken care of, i would like to prefer some other hotel where there is a control of air con inside the room itself.

Room wasn't the same type as I booked in Internet(i booked for two bed room but got was two different single bed room,as I was staying with my pregnant wife and three year old daughter) bath tub wasn't in usable condition.no other place to take bath.room utilities were not clean etc,etc

This Hotel has : Very small rooms Just an average hotel - Def Not as gud as the price I paid fr a nite Gud staff - As she allowed me check out early than booked without any penalty. Excellent Location in Little India. Gud access to variety of restaurants.

The location was fine and the 'can do' attitude of the manageress (who did not have my booking when I arrived) was commendable.
